Could I get some help on this? I'm on the last step (I think) but I can't make sense when trying to rearrange. MorFF gave me a hint that I guess everyone else got too, but I'm not getting anywhere with it.

ok, so i have the red herring, lots of different coloured squares and the word heraldic - any clues please?

bimbogoogle is giving me nothing on coloured squares...not sure where to go from here

struggling!! like everyone else i found "a red herring" but thats as far as i got. are the actual colours significant? any hints would be very welcome!!

An extra clue, once you get there: (5, 2, 5)

no still nowhere nearer. dont understand what you mean when you say "look behind the scenes" or "look deeper" have bimbogoogled herrings and heraldic with no obvious results. am i totally on the wrong track? any more hints? it is christmas after all!! Laughing

You can see the colours, but there's not much you can do with this.
Once you get to the source of the problem, you may have a bit more to work with.
