I think I've realised that I'm working on the wrong track but don't know where to go now. I've lost all respect in myself for asking for help too often but as I go back to school on Monday . (I was really hoping to get to the finnish line before then). I think perhaps I need to hang up my puzzling coat and admit defeat. Perhaps I'll give it another go at a later date when some of my friends catch up! I've told everyone I know about this site and quite a few have started, Henners is doing quite well I think!

Hotblack and Morff, You've been fantastic. I really didn't think I could become addicted to a computer thing like this. I'm a bit of a technophobe really, but thanks for a great time. I'll still try season 2!!!!!!!!

Hey, getting to the last question is not defeat, far from it - there are currently 750+ people behind you - not many get this far.

You are absolutely on the right track, you just haven't realised it yet.
You've almost got what you need for the phrase - PM sent.

Many thanks for spreading the word - the more the merrier - did I mention the T-shirts? Laughing

YAHOOOOoooo Idea Exclamation Very Happy Laughing Exclamation

Thanks guys for a fantastic time. What will I do with myself now. Question Back to game***hood I suppose, that's where I found you after all. I doubt they can beat this though. I've had a frustraiting ball. Look forward to #2 although I think my brain is nostalgic for some room escapes, a bit easier and less addictive I think Wink

LOL! I may have to ask Gordon about his lucky googling finger as mine aren't turning up anything helpful with my results from step 1.

OK, so from your last answer, you have the 'phrase' correct.
You just need to work out what to do with it. Smile

Almost there!!

If you have some theories, feel free to PM me.

I know that you should never assume but I assumed that these were coordinates. I converted them to decimal and using Earthtools I set off on my travels. Well collies quite like water but my first stop was in the ocean. I dried off in a city but then found myself in the middle of a field followed by another dip in the water in Delaware Bay. From there I managed to keep my paws on dry land.
So...are we looking for those coordinates or is there some other means of decoding them. If we are after place names then I am well and truly stuck...or waterlogged

We assumed N is UP and W is LEFT a bit. Was that foolish? Everyone spoke in an american accent but you cannot expect a collie dog and an ancient fictional character to make good assumptions

Not foolish, but not entirely along the right lines either...
